A message to the unbeliever, to the soul that doesn’t know it’s held captive. …….I saw you

Dear Most Beloved of God,

   You are as an only son or daughter to Him, yet you have turned your back to Him. You have put all thoughts of God to the farthest place of your inner being. Your words stand and testify against you as you deny Him.

   Yet today, you live because of Him. He waits for you. He is still waiting for you. His outstretched hands reach out to you, yet you turn the other way, trying to get as far away as you can, hoping never to think of God again.

You laugh. You scoff. You want nothing to do with God or anything that brings you into the knowledge of Him. You think you have everything; you think you don’t need God, but what you don’t know is that you are in captivity – your soul is in captivity. You don’t understand that you have been trapped by the multitude of snares in this world; I saw you.

I saw your inner self-your soul – and it was screaming in torment. In what I saw, your arms were cut off, your legs amputated. The core of your body was bound in iron bars. The bars pierced your body. Even your head was imprisoned -the bars of the cage covered your head and pierced through your skull. I watched in horror as I heard the screams of your torment.

   Yet outwardly,  you seemed fine. You had health.  You smiled. You had success. To everyone around you, you appeared to be okay.

  Your soul has been trapped and caged, as if a soul hunter caught you and had you locked up for life.

   I want to tell you that today can be the day you are released.  A day of repentance, turning back, crying out to Him, and giving Him thanks. Do not continue running from Him. Turn to Him while He is near. I have given you the key to escape. Cry out to Him; give Him thanks and Honor. Jesus is the One who will break the chains and open the prison doors.

  You are the captive that Jesus came to set free
He calls you back

You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. John 8:32
He will rescue you from the dominion of darkness and bring you into the Kingdom of the Son He loves. Col 1:13
I sought the Lord, and He answered me, He delivered me from all my fears Ps 34:4
Because of the Lord’s great love, we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lam 3:22-23
If the Son sets you free, you are free indeed John 8:36
